Today’s Story: Marcia Lambert with the Isaiah 1:17 Project

Marcia Lambert is the Founder and Executive Director of The Isaiah 1:17 Project. Marcia and her husband Cameron experienced firsthand the struggles of emergency foster placements as foster parents. They were inspired not only to change the child’s experience in the transition to foster care but also to serve the fostering families who volunteered to love them. Marcia and Cameron’s children, Jaxson (14) and Harmony (9) serve alongside their parents and inspire other kids to build a community where every child feels loved, seen, heard, and valued.


Their mission is to ensure every child and family impacted by foster care matters. They realize this belief by meeting the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of fostering families and their children. Every child should grow up in a loving, safe family, but there is a major shortage of licensed fostering families in Southwestern Indiana. Through wrap-around support for families and children, we can help create positive opportunities, giving every child the family, they deserve!

Come learn how The Isaiah 1:17 Project is supporting, resourcing, and loving children and families impacted by foster care in Southwestern Indiana.
