2025 Request to Host A Ribbon Cutting, Milestone or Groundbreaking Form

Your milestone celebration is important to bring customers to your door! And, we are here to help increase your brand awareness. We like to celebrate:

We provide your supplies:

  • Golden shovels
  • Ribbon cutting scissors
  • Ceremonial ribbon
  • Photographs to preserve your special moment

Please note: Milestone Celebration requests must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the preferred celebration date. Milestone celebrations are only available between the hours of 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday – Thursday and Friday 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

We post the best photo and a description on our social media outlets and highlight your business in our monthly newsletter. Your milestone will be viewed by more than 15,000 community members.

Please list if you will have anyone speaking. Usually one to two people speak at most for ribbon cuttings. 

We can introduce your first speaker if you would like. If you have more than one, usually we introduce the first and then you introduce the next speaker. 

At most ribbon cuttings, our Ambassador Chair will say a couple of words and count you down to cut the ribbon so it’s a smooth transition. Are you OK with this?
