Projects or Programs within the TalentREADI, BizREADI, WorkREADI, RiverREADI, and BridgeREADI categories that submitted a project for the Evansville Region’s Regional Development Plan (RDP) are invited to share updated project or program information via an online survey. Only previously submitted projects or programs in the RDP will be reviewed. New projects are not accepted for these categories. Projects or programs categories can be found in section 8 of the RDP. Projects or programs within the LiveREADI and PlayREADI categories will be selected through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The RFP is open to any project or program to apply.  Previously submitted RDP projects are eligible to reply to the RFP with up to date information. The follow-up survey below is for TalentREADI, BizREADI, WorkREADI, RiverREADI, and BridgeREADI categories only.

• Survey is open May – December 2022
• Project or program partners will be contacted for additional information or questions by an E-REP team member after survey submission.
• Survey submission does not guarantee READI funding.
• Outside of READI award, E-REP will continue to coordinate with projects not moving forward in Step 1 as part of regional economic development work plan.

The READI award is being funded by the State's allocation of ARPA dollars. The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was identified as the funding source when the READI program was created by Indiana’s General Assembly, and the exact compliance required was not known until the U.S. Department of Treasury released the final rules in January 2022. This requires every project receiving a READI award to comply with Federal procurement standards.
