Submit this form to share a real operational challenge your company is facing and receive free, peer-driven Lean consulting from the TSMA Lean Peer Group. This process is designed to both help companies work through real issues and give Lean Peer Group members hands-on experience and greater exposure to the regional manufacturing community. Selected submissions may guide collaborative site visits or working sessions where manufacturers share tools, insights, and practical improvement strategies. 

The TSMA Lean Peer Group is a network of manufacturing professionals focused on eliminating waste, improving processes, and strengthening operations across the region. 

No formal Lean experience is required- plain language is encouraged.
