Evansville is making waves this week as it hosts the 2026 Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving Championships, presented by PNC Bank, at the Deaconess Aquatic Center from February 11–14, 2026.
More than 450 NCAA Division II student-athletes from across the Midwest will compete in Evansville, bringing significant economic impact and national visibility to the region. This championship marks the first of three major collegiate swimming and diving events coming to Evansville in 2026 through the Evansville Regional Sports Commission. Competition will take place Wednesday through Saturday, with preliminary sessions held each morning, daily diving events in the early afternoon, and finals each evening.
The GLVC Swimming & Diving Championships return to Evansville for the third time, continuing a successful partnership that highlights the city’s ability to host high-caliber athletic events. PNC Bank’s presenting sponsorship, now in its 13th consecutive year, underscores the event’s lasting value and community impact.
Fans unable to attend in person can watch live coverage on GLVCSN platforms, with additional updates shared using #GLVCswim and #GLVCchamps. More information is available at GLVCsports.com/2026swim.
