Join the Young Professionals Alliance (YPA) for our annual Young Professionals Conference, an inspiring day designed to engage, develop, and empower the next generation of leaders in the Evansville Region.

This year’s theme, “The Future is Yours,” is all about taking a look back upon some of our regional young professionals' career journeys. We'll also be looking ahead toward the tools, strategies, and connections necessary to shape a meaningful and successful career that you are in control of. 

The event brings together some of the region’s best and brightest young professionals (loosely defined as under 40) for a full day of networking, professional development, and personal growth!

Keynote Speaker

We’re excited to welcome Courtney Johnson, Founder and Executive Director of Young & Established, Inc., as our keynote speaker.

Courtney Johnson is the Founder and Executive Director of Young & Established, Inc., with over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship and community leadership. He is a proud Evansville, Indiana native and his work is rooted in service, creating opportunities and building partnerships that make a lasting impact for youth and families. Courtney is committed to building something bigger than himself and leaving every space better than he found it.

Expect honest insights, relatable lessons on developing confidence in your career, and a behind-the-scenes look at how they’ve looked beyond themselves to create a greater impact in the community.
