Financial statements shouldn’t just be something you look at when it’s time to file taxes or apply for a loan. Your balance sheet and profit & loss statement can tell you a lot about the health of your business—and help you make better decisions about what comes next.
In this session, Vicente Giordanelli with CIFI (Community Investment Fund of Indiana) will break down these two core financial statements in plain language. You’ll learn how to read them, understand what the numbers are telling you, and use that information to make more informed business decisions. The session will use practical examples relevant to small businesses and leave plenty of time for questions.
Topics will include:
Who should attend: Small business owners and managers who want to better understand their financial statements. You don’t need a finance or accounting background to participate.
