Join the Young Professionals Alliance (YPA) for our annual Young Professionals Conference- an inspiring day designed to engage, develop, and empower the next generation of leaders in the Evansville Region. This year’s theme, “Building Your Professional Playbook,” is all about equipping you with the tools, strategies, and connections to shape a meaningful and successful career.

This event brings together some of the region’s best and brightest young professionals (loosely defined as under 40) for a full day of networking, professional development, and personal growth!

Keynote Speakers

We’re excited to welcome Brad Niemeier, Founder and Co-CEO of Azzip Pizza, along with his brother and Co-CEO, Andy Niemeier, as our keynote speakers.

From Brad’s days as a walk-on athlete at Purdue to the brothers growing Azzip into one of the region’s most recognizable brands, their journey is a story of grit, collaboration, and thoughtful leadership. Together, they’ll share how their different strengths shaped their business- and how they continue to build a thriving company, team culture, and vision for growth.

Expect honest insights, relatable lessons, and a behind-the-scenes look at how they’ve written- and evolved- their professional playbook.
