Join the Young Professionals Alliance (YPA) for our annual Young Professionals Conference- an inspiring day designed to engage, develop, and empower the next generation of leaders in the Evansville Region. This year’s theme, “Building Your Professional Playbook,” is all about equipping you with the tools, strategies, and connections to shape a meaningful and successful career.

This event brings together some of the region’s best and brightest young professionals (loosely defined as under 40) for a full day of networking, professional development, and personal growth!

Keynote Speaker

We are thrilled to welcome Brad Niemier, Founder/Co-CEO CEO of Azzip Pizza, as our keynote speaker. Brad’s journey- from a walk-on athlete at Purdue to leading one of the region’s most recognizable brands- is a story of grit, creativity, and leadership. He will share his personal and professional playbook, offering insights that are both relatable and
actionable.
