Great leadership starts with self-awareness. This 12-session course, designed for both new and seasoned leaders, helps participants understand how their values, mindset, and behaviors shape the way they lead every day. Through reflection and real-world application, you’ll gain the confidence to influence others positively and create lasting impact within your team and organization.

Key Topics Covered:

• Leadership: Inspiring others, leading and following, facilitating culture change, goal setting, conflict resolution, and building trust.
• Delegation: Task selection and prioritization, choosing the right people, effective monitoring and coaching, knowing when to delegate, and fostering team empowerment.
• Communication: Preparing for communication, active listening, verifying understanding, and strengthening connections across your team.

This program emphasizes practical implementation- participants will not only learn strategies but also practice applying them to strengthen leadership, delegation, and communication skills in their own workplaces.
