Today's manufacturing workforce spans multiple generations, each bringing unique perspectives, communication styles, and expectations to the workplace. This interactive workshop provides leaders with practical strategies for effectively managing, motivating, and engaging employees across generations to strengthen teamwork and improve organizational performance.

Participants will gain a better understanding of generational differences and learn actionable techniques for fostering collaboration and maximizing employee effectiveness.
