This interactive workshop provides leaders with practical strategies for effectively managing, motivating, and engaging employees across generations to strengthen teamwork and improve organizational performance.
Participants will gain a better understanding of generational differences and learn actionable techniques for fostering collaboration and maximizing employee effectiveness.
