YPA Lunch & Learn: Real Estate 101

📅 Thursday, April 23, 2026
🕰️ 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
📍 E-REP Board Room

Join the Young Professionals Alliance for an engaging Lunch & Learn focused on real estate, sponsored by Foreman Watson Land Title, LLC.

This interactive panel discussion will guide young professionals through the essential relationships that make buying a home—and understanding the real estate process—far more approachable. Whether you're preparing to purchase your first home or simply want to understand how the real estate world works, building the right connections can empower you to make confident, informed decisions.

Our panel brings together a realtor, mortgage loan officer, title professional, real estate investor, and home builder—giving attendees a well-rounded look at every major step in the homebuying and property‑owning journey. Panelists will share real stories, break down industry terms, and explain what they wish every young professional knew before entering the real estate market.

Discussion topics include:

  • Personal examples of how the right connections helped simplify the homebuying or investing process
  • Understanding the key players: what realtors, lenders, title companies, builders, and investors actually do
  • What young professionals should expect when buying their first home, from pre‑approval to closing
  • How your reputation and relationships can impact future opportunities in real estate
  • The smartest ways to build your real estate team and invest your time wisely
  • What has worked (and what hasn’t) when helping first‑time buyers build lasting, trusted partnerships

Lunch will be provided with purchase of ticket. Space is limited- reserve your spot today!

This event is at no additional cost to current formal members of YPA (purchased for 2026)
