This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. This position provides and promotes quality programs that develop character, promote commitment to school, improve relationships, build self esteem, and increase youth awareness of support within the community across 5 program areas: DIAMONDS, Y-CAP, Youth & Government, Dunigan Community Programs, and Caldwell Community Center.
