HireLevel is seeking Production Associates located in Princeton, IN. 

This opportunity provides medical and dental insurance as low as $5 after hired on! Pay increases occur every three months!

Job Category: Temp to Hire 
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift - 6:30am - 3:15pm, 2:40pm - 11:10pm, 10:30pm - 7:10am  Monday through Friday with possible OT

Compensation of Team Member: $14.30 - $15.20 per hour

Responsibilities of Production Associates:
  • Ensure safety procedures are always followed and immediately report unsafe working conditions or mechanical safety problems to Team Leader, Senior Team Leader, or Department Specialist 
  • Understanding of the product, knowing the function of the product, and any potential product defects that can adversely affect the function, application, or overall quality of the product
  • Perform the required color/quality visual inspections
  • Keep accurate documentation during the production run
  • Inspect parts during the production run and in product containers throughout the shift 
  • Properly package and handle the production per the assigned manufacturing specification
  • Accurately record scrap and place the scrap in the proper containers by working station
  • Assist in the performance of machine startups and shutdowns to keep machine downtime to a minimum
  • Keep the workstation clean and neat at all times by using 5S practices
  • Comply with company and safety guidelines
  • Follow company procedure work instructions
  • Notify Team Leader of any issues or defects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements of Production Associate:
  • Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and other policies
  • Ability to follow leadership direction
  • Organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop frequently
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs frequently
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand fluent English
  • High School Diploma or GED required
