Through personalized support and assistance, we aim to overcome barriers to employment, enabling individuals to thrive and succeed in the workplace.

• Identify skills, interests, and career goals
• Ongoing support to help navigate workplace challenges, develop job skills, and communicate effectively in the workplace
• Assistance with obtaining any necessary workplace accommodations or modifications for performing job duties
• Placement in regular, competitive jobs alongside non-disabled coworkers, rather than in segregated work settings
