This course is designed to equip leaders with skills to provide accountability for both high and low performers. We will discuss how to effectively manage "super stars, falling stars and fallen stars" on a team, and how to address situations when someone "drops the ball." Additionally, the course teaches leaders the skills necessary to correct behaviors and situations through effective disciplinary discussions.
