the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) exam and earned this respected 

credential from one of the premier certification programs in the HR profession.  

The SHRM is the world’s largest human resources membership organization, dedicated to advancing the practice of 

human resource management and providing resources, advocacy and support for HR professionals. The SHRM-CP 

exam measures competency through knowledge-based and situational judgement questions, designed to evaluate 

an individual’s ability to apply HR principles in scenarios and support organizational success.
