Action Staffing was founded in 1985 by the late Jo Ann Vaughn with one mission: to connect hardworking people with great opportunities. What started in Evansville, Indiana, quickly grew into a trusted staffing partner for both businesses and job seekers.

With a strong focus on personalized service and community involvement, we expanded into Vincennes in 2001 and New Castle in 2005. Now, nearly four decades later, that founding mission continues to guide us every day.

Over the past 40 years, Action Staffing has proudly served communities across Indiana, placing thousands in meaningful work and building long-term partnerships with local employers. We are deeply grateful for the trust our clients, candidates, and communities have placed in us.
