Back on Track Events in Vanderburgh, Perry, Gibson, Dubois, Vigo and Knox Counties
Our Back on Track Events are geared towards kids getting their Immunizations. We partner with Local Health Departments and Schools to get kids ready for school. We also offer vision testing and lead testing. We giveaway gift cards, food tickets, and school supplies and have many community partners join us with resources and more giveaways.
