First Federal Savings Bank is pleased to announce a recent leadership promotion, reflecting the organization’s continued focus on experience, operational strength, and long-term success. Kay Riggs has been promoted to Credit Quality & Review Officer, Assistant Vice President. In this role, she will support key internal functions that help ensure sound credit practices.

Although Kay has been with First Federal Savings Bank for seven months, she brings a distinguished 36-year career in commercial and mortgage banking, with extensive experience in banking administration, mergers and acquisitions, and human resources. This depth of industry knowledge strengthens First Federal’s leadership team and supports the bank’s strategic objectives.

Kay has completed AIB coursework in Banking Study and Supervision and is actively engaged in the community through volunteer service with the Warrick Humane Society and PAAWS, reflecting her commitment to both professional excellence and community involvement.
