Hafer Project: Jasper Municipal Pool Named a 2026 Dream Design
JASPER MUNICIPAL POOL NAMED DREAM DESIGN
JASPER - The Jasper Municipal Pool, designed by Hafer and aquatics consultant Counsilman-Hunsaker, has
been named a 2026 Dream Design by Aquatics International. The annual award program celebrates extraordinary
aquatics facilities and honors the design teams involved. The Jasper Municipal Pool was one of 10 projects
recognized from around the world.
The Jasper Municipal Pool opened in May 2025 and has recorded record attendance. Residents of all ages are
enjoying the facility’s exciting amenities, including a zero-entry pool, splash area, small lap pool, ninja course,
three slides and a current loop. The expansive pool deck offers ample room for sunbathing, shaded areas for
relaxing, and a picnic area perfect for family outings.
The pool’s supporting facilities are also in full use, including a bathhouse with public changing rooms and
showers, and an administrative area with a ticket counter, concession stand, offices and employee spaces.

In addition to architecture, Hafer also provided MEP engineering, interior design and landscape architecture
services for the Jasper Municipal Pool.
