Henderson County Riverport Celebrates Ribbon Cutting for New Electric Material Handler and Opening of Bulk Dock Operations
HENDERSON, KY — The Henderson County Riverport Authority proudly hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the arrival of its new Sennebogen electric material handler and the official opening of its bulk dock for direct port operations.
The new electric material handler enhances the port’s operational efficiency while reinforcing its commitment to modern, sustainable infrastructure. Combined with the activation of the bulk dock, these advancements position the Riverport to better serve regional industries and support continued economic growth along the Ohio River.
The event brought together local and state leaders, business partners, and community members to celebrate this significant step forward. The Riverport extends special thanks to distinguished speakers Rocky Adkins, Henderson County Judge/Executive Brad Schneider, State Representative J.T.
