Carla Webb joined Youth First in January 2025 as a Regional Development Officer. 

Webb's passion for the mission and many years of advocacy will be tremendous assets to the organization. Carla will lead fundraising efforts in several counties served by Youth First, including Gibson, Perry, Posey, Spencer, and Warrick. Carla spent 17 years as a middle school music teacher before holding positions in marketing, business development, and fundraising.
